Once you have created an account, you can access your account information at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link located at the top right hand corner of any page. Simply login with your email and password.
Once logged in, you can choose one of the following options:
Order History - Your order history allows you to view your order receipt, check the status of an order, and track the delivery of your package.
Modify Profile - You can modify your address, change your password, or subscribe to the GameShark e-mail newsletters and exclusive offers.
Contact Us - Click here to fill out our contact form if you have questions or comments about products, orders, shipping, or returns.
Logout - Click here to logout or close this window for your security and privacy.
Shipping & Billing Address Back to top
GameShark Store Canada only accepts Canadian Shipping and Billing addresses. Your shipping address, however, may be different from the billing address you submit.
Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
Modify Profile Back to top
You can modify your address, change your password, or subscribe to the GameShark e-mail newsletters and exclusive offers. To modify your customer profile click on "My Account". Type in email address and password to login. Select "Modify Profile " to make any changes to your Personal Information.*
*Note: Any changes made to Shipping Addresses will NOT reflect on orders that have already been processed.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "My Account" located at the top right corner of any page. Click on "Forgotten Password?". Enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password". Your password will be sent to you via email.
